BB BACKSTAGE PASS VOTING PROGRAM
VOTING OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO, US VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND OTHER UNITED STATES COMMONWEALTHS, TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS); 18 YEARS OR OLDER OR WITH PERMISSION OF PARENT OR GUARDIAN. DATA CHARGES MAY APPLY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

2. Voting periods: Voting is available from 6: 45:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 6, 2022 and ending at July 14, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. PT; (there “Voting period”). Sponsor may, at any time and in its sole discretion, change the voting period and post notice of the change online on the Big Brother 24 website accessible at cbs.com/bbvote (the “BB’s website”). Big Brother 24 shows are subject to preemption and schedule changes. Please check local TV listings for Big Brother 24 broadcast dates and times in your area.
3. Description of the BB Backstage Pass room: During the voting period, viewers of the Big Brother 24 TV show will be invited to interact with the show by voting for the eligible guest they would like to avoid being kicked out this week. Eligible guests are the three guests chosen to receive Backstage passes on the July 6, 2022 episode. The eligible guest with the most votes wins. Viewers will vote via the platform below. There is a maximum of ten (10) votes per email address during the Voting Period.
4. How to participate:
Vote: Entrants may vote, during the Voting Period, on the platform described herein.
(i) Entrants may vote via the CBS Big Brother page, accessible at cbs.com/bbvote. Once on the Big Brother page, you can vote through the voting tool.
Participants can access the voting platform via their computers and/or mobile devices. Data charges may apply.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, LICENSEES AND/OR AFFILIATES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR SPONSORS, ADVERTISING OR PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “DIRECTORS”), BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST, INCOMPLETE, LATE, DAMAGED OR ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS; FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS OF PHONES (INCLUDING CORDLESS PHONES/HANDSETS); TELEPHONE LINES OR TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR OTHER COMMUNICATION MALFUNCTIONS; CELLULAR EQUIPMENT TOWERS, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WIRELESS SERVICES; NETWORK OR SERVERS INTERRUPTED OR UNAVAILABLE; POOR COMMUNICATION, DEFECTIVE HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE OR OTHER TECHNICAL FAILURES; GARBLED, LOST, MISDROUTED OR GARBLED TRANSMISSIONS; ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT OR DELAY IN ANY TRANSMISSION OR COMMUNICATION; TRAFFIC CONGESTION OR FOR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL PROBLEM; ERRORS IN RECEIVING OR TABULATING VOTES VIA ONLINE VOTING.
Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Program.
5. Additional Disclaimers: If for any reason the program cannot run as intended, or if there is a computer virus infection, bugs, tampering, unauthorized interference, fraud or technical failures, or if any other cause beyond the control of the administrators corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this program, the administrators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove the transmission or disqualify any vote. In addition, the Directors may temporarily or permanently disqualify from any promotion any person whom they believe has breached these terms, terminate or suspend voting at any time, and/or declare voting results based on votes up to this point, if it appears that the voting process has been so distorted by hacking or other interference that the results would not reflect the actual valid votes if voting continued. In the event of technical difficulties with voting, the directors reserve the right to verify the accuracy of votes and take any appropriate action, including, without limitation, voiding votes cast during the voting period at during which these technical difficulties occurred. The Administrators and their respective agents, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading hardware or software in connection with this program. Administrators are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, inaccurate transcription of voting information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, any human or electronic error , or votes stolen, misdirected, scrambled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost or late.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Directors. Notice of any such change will be posted on BB’s website at www.CBS.com.
The Administrators reserve the right, for any reason and at their sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Program without notice.
Caution: Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage an online service or website, tamper with the voting process, or interfere with the legitimate operation of the Program is a violation of criminal and civil laws and if such an attempt were made, the Directors reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Voting requirements:
The administrators reserve the right to disqualify, block or remove any vote from any person who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or who otherwise tampers with the program, or for any other reason, as determined by the administrators at their sole discretion.
Administrators are not responsible for any damage to voter devices that may occur while using the service. The Administrators reserve the right, for any reason and at their sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Program without notice.
